The latest shipment arrived in Abidjan!!!
The
Ivory Coast Medical Relief Team in partnership with the Northwest
Medical Teams is pleased to announce our latest successful shipment
and delivery of $1.2 million of medical supplies to the Ivory Coast.
The shipment arrived in Abidjan in late November and is headed for
the West region of the Ivory Coast. This area is has undergone
tremendous challenges in health care due to the neighboring war in
Liberia creating an astounding number of refugees. The displaced
population combined with the disrepair of infrastructure and
national security has created a definite need for these supplies.
With the aid of our on site partner MAP International, the supplies
are being distributed to clinics predetermined to have the greatest
need.
We would like to thank each one of you for allowing this needed
shipment to happen. In addition to all our full time careers and
